The Internet...

... among other things, has, each issue of Swallow since February 1997 (except issue #4, when he forgot), been the subject of an attempt by the Bad Editor to produce something more or less visual for a change, each of which has been titled something beginning 'The Internet...'. The last three share the same title, for all the world as if someone had really run out of ideas.
