This month's cartoon requires a frames-capable browser. <p>Please don't feel you are missing ever so much. <p>All that happens is that you get an endless series of highly <p>dodgy resizable frames that link to one another in an unexpectedly <p>counter-intuitive way, which is supposed to be some kind of metaphor <p>for the net itself.
