ogling is getting boring
dribble running down my chin
is not attractive or alluring
watching women watch each other
meanwhile, is an education
naked hatred, schadenfreude
fear, contempt and plain frustration
women's faces locked into
a rictus of misogyny
(subconscious competition for
the best and brightest progeny?)
a covert anti-sisterhood
to fuel continued subjugation
then to blame the men
who largely buy the bullshit situation
got to take this shark fin hat off
doesn't do me any favours
meanwhile it's an education
in this life's more bitter flavours
